Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    • Responsible for effective and efficient management of all matters related to legal for the project

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Strategic: - Execute and adhere to legal framework and advice on legal areas for the project/ region. Operational: - Handling Litigations, Non Litigations, Legal Research for the project - Legal operations and liaison with legal consultants and advisors - Briefing Senior advocates on various civil, criminal, consumer and pre-litigation matters of business. - Represent the organization in all legal appearances and for providing counsel to the legal consultants wherever required - Drafting development agreements, flat sale agreements and other related agreements under MOFA & RERA. - Drafting of New Agreements, Revising Old Agreements, Managing RERA Compliances and Monthly Reports, Tracking Mile Stones under RERA, Liaoning with RERA Officers etc. - Support in handover works of residential/ commercial projects to customers/clients w.r.t to sales. - Documentation which involves sales and purchase of land thus closing working with Business Development Team. - Drafting notices and responses to legal notices and addressing various legal issues Financial: - Aadhere to budget expenses and receivable for the project - Ensure timely payments to advisors/solicitors/ People: - Exhibit performance driven culture

Technical Competencies


    Legal Strategy Formulation & Development,Governance & Compliance ,Land & Revenue Matters,Litigations & Disputes Management,RERA/Consumer Matters,Court Cases,Drafting & Verifying Legal Documents

Qualifications and Experience


    - LLM/LLB. CS preferred. - 8+ years. Preferred experience with Law firms/ Solicitor Firms for 3 years or more.
