Job Responsibility: Legal Advisory - Provide expert legal guidance to the company on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Contract Management - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and comply with Indian laws and regulations. Corporate Governance - Advise on corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Regulatory Compliance - Monitor changes in Indian laws and regulations that may impact the company and develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
