Key Responsibilities: Branding & Communication Develop and maintain companies brand identity across all platforms (print, digital, on-site, corporate). Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all communications. Conceptualize and manage brand campaigns to enhance recall and reputation. Coordinate with agencies/vendors for creative, media, and branding material. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Design and execute marketing plans for project launches, ongoing projects, and corporate campaigns. Plan & monitor ATL (print, outdoor, radio, TV) and BTL (events, activations, exhibitions) activities. Oversee production of marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, videos, signage, hoardings). Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI. Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage website content, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and performance marketing. Build strong social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Drive online lead generation campaigns in coordination with the sales team. Monitor analytics and competitor activity to refine strategies. Customer Engagement & Events Organize customer events, property showcases, and brand experiences. Manage corporate communication, PR, and media relations. Build CRM initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and referrals. Market Intelligence Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to management for positioning and pricing strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of branding, real estate marketing, and lead generation. Creative thinking with ability to develop impactful campaigns. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM). Strong vendor management & negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
