Role: Sr Manger Server Location: Gurugram Mode: Work from Office Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for Technology Services including Infrastructure and Operations Management. He should be technically proficient in server technology, Network, SAN management, databases, network management, data center management, license management Strong Hands-On experience on the following technologies but not limited to Microsoft O365 Active Directory & Azure AD Zscaler or Netskope content filter WVD Virtualization & Hosting (VMware, Hypervisor) DNS management Antivirus Crowdstrike & MS Defender Forcepoint DLP VPN Solutions RSA Cisco, Cisco DUO DRM, SFTP & FTP solutions Microsoft security InTunes, P1/P2, EMS solutions etc. Experience in Infrastructure Solution designing Follows and deploys core Infrastructure policies, Maintain SLA and defines drives best practice standards. Driving and following company’s Quality & Metrics standards Excellent understanding of networking basics/TCP/IP. Planning and executing large projects like office wide hardware and/or software upgrades, replacing network equipment, migrations to new servers and special software install. Must have outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Leading the Global Server infrastructure team in 24*7 high availability and multisite environment. Develop Server infrastructure processes, procedures, and plans to support future growth as well as ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and security. Deep understanding of Cloud computing technologies (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) Microsoft O365 Emerging computing trends required with proven ability to transition and migration from n-prem o Datacenter to cloud Infrastructure. Hands-on technical expertise, direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting Manage all data center hosting in a multisite environment supporting different time zones. Evaluate Latest technologies conduct various PoCs make business cases for best practices technologies inter-compatibility architectures emerging technologies. Define and own SLAs and monitoring for all IT infrastructure including servers, databases, storage, cloud instances, backups Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services. Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and ensure backup systems are effective. Working with Security and Audit/compliance team to maintain a secure & compliant IT environment and adhering to IT security policies. Participate the regular internal & external audits Should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 14+ years in IT Infrastructure with 4+ years in Managerial role. Excellent communication and writing skills. At least 4 years of End user applications support experience in a professional services environment. Strong customer service focus and experience Project management /Implementation skills In depth knowledge of managing Hybrid Data center primarily Microsoft Infrastructure. Strong experience in managing O365, designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform, Good knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, VPN Gateways and Express Route). Experience in Migration of various on prem Infrastructure and IT services on Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS), Cloud Identity management, Integration of new applications into the cloud. Ability to lead and develop technical talent (performance management, coaching, mentoring). Strong understanding of VMware, Hypervisor, Clustering and DR. Ability to evaluate and leverage technology, industry, and competitive knowledge to apply the most current and appropriate ideas in a forward-looking manner to support the business. Deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven knowledge of data storage and backup solutions. Proven knowledge of security and compliance and Audits. Proven knowledge of systems monitoring tools (both on prem and cloud) Experience with Networking, application development, configuration, and deployment is a plus Soft skills: Analytical Excellent Team player Excellent communication and presentation skill.
