Job Summary:

The Candidate shall be well experienced and should have strong leadership skills in the field of Urban Infrastructure especially in Water/ Waste Water/ Storm Water Drainage Network Projects including piping and Treatment Technologies with proven track record of successful project management. Shall be responsible for managing the execution of Water Sector or other Urban infrastructure initiatives from Bangalore office/Site.

This role involves coordinating between various Departments, teams, ensuring project milestones are met, Guiding the Team, Preparation of the Reports, travelling to Sites, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Identifying the new projects, Responsible Tender/Bid Submissions (Technical and Financial), pitching for new projects and related works…

DPR Preparation

• Should have capabilities in Developing detailed plans and specifications for civil engineering projects, including Water/ wastewater/ Storm Water systems and should be able to design using

  Water Gems, Sewer Gems and Storm Cad.

  Work closely with surveys, field data collections, architects, other engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate project development and execution.
• Ability to conduct site investigations and interpret survey data, maps and other sources to inform designs.
• Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Capable of preparation of Concept Report, Feasibility Report and DPR.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing design challenges and ensuring project feasibility.
• Preparation Drawings and Cost Estimations
• Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Project management skills for overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality control.
• Strong mathematical and computational skills
• Preparation of cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project-related expenses.
• Prepare Detailed Project reports, specifications, and other project-related documentation.
• Preparation Tender Documents, BOQ, Tender Specifications and Tender Drawings
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PPT, CAD software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Project Management:

• Preparation of Project Schedule,
• Vetting the Report, Drawings, Estimates, BOQ and Specifications as per Standards
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify potential hazards and develop Risk mitigation strategies to ensure safety and minimize environmental impact.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications.
• Hand holding Support to the client

Additional Information:

• Ability to work on-site and in varying weather conditions.
• Travel to project sites as and when required.
• Flexibility in work hours may be needed to meet project deadlines.
• Preparation of the invoice and follow up to getting the payment.
• Further, as delegated by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
