Essential Skills/Experience: - BS/MS in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Economics, with solid foundation in statistical analysis and modeling. - At least 4 years experience in statistical and predictive modeling, ideally within consulting or fintech or related industries. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Deep experience with analytic tools and languages, such as Python, Dataiku, Databricks, Qlik, and Power BI; strong familiarity with machine learning and AI methods. - Proven skills in building and extracting insights from statistical models (e.g., linear regression, clustering, random forest, time series, and neural networks). - Hands-on experience working with EHR, administrative claims, and laboratory data (such as Prognos, IQVIA, Komodo, or Symphony claims data). - Technical knowledge of database structures, query languages, structured programming, and large dataset querying using ANSI SQL; experience with relational databases. - Role is primarily office-based and requires use of a computer, communication via phone/video/messaging, problem-solving, collaboration, and general availability during standard business hours, with or without accommodations.
