Senior Manager

Candidates will be required to manage tourism development projects in multiple states. Candidates should have in depth understanding of DPR, BoQ, clearances and site supervision of government projects. The candidate is required to have the following eligibility: 1. Masters in Urban Design or Construction Management or Planning or related fields with over 8 years experience. 2. Exceptional work track record of qualified work experience. 3. Experience in working on large scale tourism, and destination developments. 4. Technical knowledge to deliver varied scale and type of projects. 5. Understanding of GFC drawings, BoQs and tender documents. 6. Understanding of technical sanctions and clearances like CRZ, ASI, Wetland Authority. 7. Experience of project management at construction stage of the project. The candidate's role and responsibilities, not limited to, will be the following: 1. Lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously 2. Handle projects and co-ordinate with client, internal team and external sub consultants 3. Ensure timely delivery of submissions without any delay 5. Flag any issues that may arise in the project, take ownership, work with the team to resolve it 6. Develop an action plan in response to changing project requirements 7. Willingness to adapt to any given reasonable circumstances 8. Manage time efficiently and priorities work schedules 9.
