Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze

  counterparty credit risk

  across assigned entities.
• Review and interpret

  past & projected financial statements

  , cash flows, and ratios.
• Develop financial models and forward-looking assessments.
• Conduct detailed

  industry studies

  and prepare research reports.
• Perform

  peer benchmarking

  to assess sector competitiveness.
• Meet

  company management, promoters, auditors, bankers, and lenders

  for insights.
• Conduct

  field and factory visits

  to validate operational realities.
• Recommend

  credit ratings and gradings

  with strong analytical justification.
• Prepare comprehensive

  rating rationales

  and supporting documentation.
• Present rating proposals to the

  Rating Committee

  confidently and accurately.
• Conduct

  rating migration studies

  for assigned portfolios.
• Maintain updated

  MIS

  and ensure process adherence and documentation accuracy.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Commerce;

  MBA (Finance)/CA preferred

  .

• 6–10+ years

  of experience in credit rating, credit analysis, or financial research.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis & modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation ability.
