The team you will be a part of The Financial Planning and Analysis team develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports and tax returns, and maintains good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities. Supports corporate planning by conducting analyses of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization. This Role In Summary Responsible for financial planning, analysis & reporting to drive better decision making and partnering with different functions to drive profitability & performance management. Your Responsibilities Will Include Planning, Reporting & Analysis-P&L & Free Cash Flow Presentation of the Long Range Plan (LRP), Annual Profit Plan and Quarterly/ Monthly financial forecasts Supervise the month end process and consolidation/analysis of actual results for management review Country wise analysis of PL and cash flows for Asia region Monthly Regional & Corporate reporting and preparation of review presentations Adhoc Regional & Corporate reporting requirements Cash Flow management and working capital analysis to drive time bound actions Report, control and review infrastructure and other spends and explain drivers for cost changes Business Partnering Business partnering with other operational areas to optimise profitability by leading cost saving initiatives through detailed analytics esp marketing and discretionary spends Assisting in India listed entity’s review preparations as per IGAAP India board reviews and analysts meet presentations Business performance target setting, communication and tracking the actuals Key business case analysis for strategic investments Ad-hoc reporting & data requirements Other Activities Assisting in month-end close activities Assisting in monthly & quarterly financial reports to region & corporate Supporting team in month end accruals and analysis Supporting in internal and external audits Lead and drive process improvements, automations and better financial controls in the department Minimum Requirements 6 - 12 Years of Post Qualification Experience into FP&A and Business Partnering / Front Ending role SAP Exposure Lead and Drive Process Improvements, automations and better financial controls in the department Preferred Skills And Experiences Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills Good time management skills People leadership experience Exposure to MS- Excel and Google suite (Excel and Powerpoint) Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool Corporation See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
