Role Overview: You will be joining TriNet as a Senior Manager, FP&A, where you will be responsible for providing business and financial advice to the senior management team. Your role will involve various budgeting and analysis functions, including preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and analyses for assigned departments. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison to assist the executive leadership team with their financial needs and provide support to Finance-related functions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance global FP&A processes while supporting local GCC hub FP&A operations, including knowledge of India Taxation and compliance. - Act as a liaison and provide financial support to business unit functions and management teams. - Prepare annual department budgets and develop updated monthly operating expense forecasts based on business performance. - Foster a learning culture within the team focused on coaching, feedback, accountability, and development. - Report on actual operating expense results, analyze variances, and provide guidance on future trends. - Support other Finance departments and functions during the month-end close process. - Influence cross-functional communications and enhance efficiencies through process improvement efforts. - Support ongoing improvement of TriNet's financial, planning, and business intelligence systems. - Conduct ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as required. - Ensure collaborative engagement with global teams, leaders, and colleagues to maintain exceptional standards. - Perform other assigned duties and comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. - Work Experience: Typically 8+ years as Manager/Senior Manager FP&A required; 5+ years of experience in public company reporting required. - Licenses and Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Accountant required; Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Essbase advanced skills required. Knowledge of Tableau and Anaplan is a plus. Highest standards of accuracy, precision, organization, strong communication skills, ability to think creatively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
