Job Description: Sr Manager – Lead Data Analytics Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 4–5 years of experience in Data Analytics . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, reporting, and analytics, with proven expertise in using relevant tools to provide insights, track performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Insights, Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights. Handling of large dataset Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and resource utilization. Perform trend analysis, root cause identification, and scenario modeling. Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely insights. Real-time project experience in data analytics and insights Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leadership to drive decision-making. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, reporting, or data analytics roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Green Belt, Black Belt is preferred for this role Project Management experience will be preferred Technical Skills (Preferred Tools Experience) Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA. Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Data Handling: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas), SQL, MS Access query building & VBA Presentation & Documentation: MS PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Key Attributes Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Ability to bridge the gap between project execution and data-driven insights.
