Job Description

Major Purpose of the Job: Corporate HR: To drive HR processes / initiatives from employee onboarding to employee exit (entire life cycle) along with partnering with Corporate Function stakeholders, supporting, managing employee escalations / grievances, IR Issues and applying organization policies to support delivery and execute growth programs for all Corporate employees. Principal Accountabilities: • To identify and implement key HR practices to drive the Corporate Functions. • Work closely with the Business leaders to ensure we are optimally human resourced as per the requirements • Work closely with various functions to remain within budgets for contract labor employed on our premises • Always work for optimal utilization of Human Resources. Excess / under to be pointed out to respective decision makers for appropriate actions • Ensure right staffing levels by regular monitoring. Ensure to work with teams to recruit quality talents in the organization • Ensure the recruited talents are rightly on-boarded in the organization • Work with the team to maintain the parity in the compensation • Employee engagement: Work with cross functional teams to build and strengthen the employee engagement initiatives currently undertaken and propose new initiatives within the budgetary limits • Ensure that, every employee has a Job Description, KRA, KPI as per various statutory audit requirements in the required format and ensure to maintain the same in organizational format too • Work with businesses to define where the accountability and responsibility lies in the units • Work with the line of business to have PMS system in place with SMART goals set, timely reviewed and documented appropriately • Ensure the employees meet the required Training norms as stipulated by appropriate authorities. Maintain the records and keep ready for audit / inspection as and when required • Audit readiness. Work within the department and with the functions to ensure that the organization is geared up for various audits, related pre and post actions of audit. 100% success is our aim • Ensure that the manufacturing sites has all relevant statutory certifications, licenses while working with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure to maintain the industrial harmony while working with unions and line of business. Take all actions that required to be complied with the law of the land • Ensure our organization complies with all statutory requirements on all labor related matters and adhere to the requirements • Ensure good employee relations & foster bonding among the employees • Be aware of the latest developments, judgments in all matters concerned to our operations and implement the changes / amendments • Disciplinary matters: Ensure that discipline is maintained at all levels across sites • Quality & Environment Management Systems implementation related to HR to be ensured
