Role Overview

Senior Manager – Direct Counselling

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

  counsellors and assistant managers

  to drive enrolments for Study Abroad programs.
• Own and deliver monthly and quarterly

  revenue and conversion targets

  through efficient counselling performance.
• Develop and implement

  sales and counselling strategies

  to improve lead conversion and student experience.
• Collaborate with

  Marketing, Admissions, and Operations

  teams to streamline processes and ensure end-to-end student satisfaction.
• Track team performance through dashboards and analytics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivational sessions to build a strong, high-performing team culture.
  
• Provide market insights and feedback to leadership for product and process enhancements.
  

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience

  in counselling, inside sales, or enrolment management, preferably in the

  education or study abroad industry

  .
• Proven track record of leading large counselling/sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools.
  
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
