Job Overview

The role of Manager-HR is ideal for an accomplished HR professional with proven expertise in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment. The position, based in Gujarat, requires dynamic leadership to oversee comprehensive HR operations, drive efficient recruitment in a fast-paced setting, champion process improvements, oversee compliance and Employment law , and foster positive employee relations across functions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations

    , including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization within a manufacturing setup.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes

    for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives

    that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements

    , monitor labor law updates, maintain statutory records
  5. Oversee employee relations

    , resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels
  6. Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  7. Partner actively with the leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.
  8. Drive continuous learning and development, digital HR transformation, and foster a future-ready workforce.


Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup

· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

· Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong

problem-solving ability.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive

transformational changes.
