🧭 What You’ll Lead:

HR Strategy & Planning across hiring, performance, L&D, and retention
People Operations: onboarding, exits, compensation, grievance handling
Culture & Engagement: DEI, pulse checks, recognition, attrition control
Compliance & Governance: labor laws, audits, vendor management
Team Mentorship: guide HR Managers, Talent Specialists, and junior HRs

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

7+ years in HR with experience scaling teams and processes
Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in HR operations
Clear communicator, trusted advisor, and cultural barometer
Bonus if you’ve led org design, coaching, or change initiatives in fast-paced environments
