Role Description This is an on-site full-time position for a Collection Manager in Delhi, India. The Collection Manager will be accountable for managing the process of debt collection, supervising collectors, and developing strategies for effective debt recovery. Responsibilities include daily activities such as reviewing client portfolios, initiating recovery action plans, monitoring repayment, following up and negotiating with debtors, and maintaining collection effort records. Qualifications Strong debt collection processes and credit management knowledge Good team management and leadership skills Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Data cleanup, skip tracing methods, and credit bureau reporting experience Skill in using different collection techniques such as calls, emails, and field visits Ability to come up with and execute effective recovery action plans Financial institution and non-performing asset resolution knowledge Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related discipline Experience in the same position in the debt collection or finance sector is a plus
