Role Description This is an on-site full-time position for a Collection Manager in Delhi, India. The Collection Manager will be accountable for managing the process of debt collection, supervising collectors, and developing strategies for effective debt recovery. Responsibilities include daily activities such as reviewing client portfolios, initiating recovery action plans, monitoring repayment, following up and negotiating with debtors, and maintaining collection effort records. Qualifications Strong debt collection processes and credit management knowledge Good team management and leadership skills Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Data cleanup, skip tracing methods, and credit bureau reporting experience Skill in using different collection techniques such as calls, emails, and field visits Ability to come up with and execute effective recovery action plans Financial institution and non-performing asset resolution knowledge Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related discipline Experience in the same position in the debt collection or finance sector is a plus

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee end-to-end bulk hiring operations , including planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Develop scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume roles across multiple locations. Manage and mentor a large team of recruiters and hiring coordinators. Build talent pipelines using job portals, vendor networks, walk-ins, campus hiring, and referral drives. Collaborate with business heads to forecast manpower requirements and hiring timelines. Optimize hiring processes to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Implement recruitment technology (ATS, automation tools) for high-volume hiring efficiency. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Manage recruitment vendors and negotiate contracts for high-volume requirements. Deliver weekly and monthly hiring dashboards to leadership.
