🎨 Senior Creative Designer Team : Creative Design – UI/UX, Brand & Motion 📍 Location : Mumbai (Onsite – In-office role) 🧠 Experience : 5 to 7 years 🚀 About the Opportunity: At Gray Matrix, creativity is not a layer. Whether it’s a product UI, a reel-worthy animation, or a campaign that demands attention — you’ll be the one ensuring the output doesn’t just look good, but feels right. ✅ What You’ll Be Doing: 🔹 Own execution of high-quality visuals across UI/UX, branding, motion, and marketing 🔹 Lead creative brainstorming, create moodboards, style frames, and fresh directions 🔹 Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other creatives to refine and deliver 🔹 Review and mentor junior designers on craft, hygiene, and output quality 🔹 Translate feedback into action — fast, clean, and with design maturity 🔹 Contribute to shared libraries, design systems, and creative documentation 🔹 Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies — and share the spark 🔧 Tools & Skills You Should Know: Design : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) Motion/Prototype : Lottie, Protopie, Canva Thinking : UX fundamentals, visual storytelling, responsive layouts Bonus : Experience with SaaS/B2B products, storyboarding, micro-interactions 🧪 Our Hiring Process – We Don’t Just Assess.
