Creative Designer

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and street-smart Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow fast and take ownership of their work. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with Advertising, SEO, and Marketing teams, while creating impactful visual content for international clients across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching website banners, landing page creatives, and digital assets
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, short videos, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with Advertising and SEO teams to create performance-driven visuals
• Develop motion graphics and basic animations for campaigns and brand content
• Edit and produce videos for social media and digital marketing
• Leverage AI image-generation tools to ideate and create innovative visuals
• Adapt designs quickly based on trends, performance insights, and feedback
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar designing tools.
• Working knowledge of Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Experience creating videos, reels, animations, and digital creatives
• Familiarity with AI tools for image creation and enhancement
• Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Street-smart, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry
• Understanding of digital marketing, ad creatives, and social media trends
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
