Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management System (PMS)

Manage end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
Ensure timely and objective performance assessments and feedback sessions.
Facilitate performance improvement plans and succession planning at the plant.

2. Employee Engagement

Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.
Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action planning.
Promote a culture of open communication, recognition, and inclusion.

3. Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and factory regulations.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams during audits and inspections.
Maintain all statutory registers and documentation as per regulatory requirements.

4. Compensation & Benefits

Administer plant-level compensation and benefits as per corporate policy.
Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits disbursement.
Support in annual salary benchmarking, budgeting, and workforce planning.

5. Training & Development

Assess training needs in coordination with functional managers.
Develop and implement the plant’s annual training calendar.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain T&D MIS.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
10–15 years of HR experience with at least 9 years in a plant HR leadership role.
Proven exposure to labor laws, union handling, and manufacturing HR practices.
