Job Description

The Senior Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations within the institution, ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance with educational and labor regulations. This role involves close coordination with academic and administrative departments to support institutional growth through efficient human resource management and a positive work culture.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job roles.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture and employee morale.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and welfare initiatives.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting periodic performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning sessions.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and documentation.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for salary processing and attendance verification.
  • Administer leaves, attendance, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies.

6. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement

  • Support in the formulation and revision of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent policy application across departments.
  • Recommend improvements for HR processes to enhance efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,414.50 - ₹60,000.00 per month
