The company has exciting plans to increase its reach and product range comprising of Ladders, Scaffolds, Lifting machines, site management, and power and breaking tools.Purpose of the job (summary): To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.Key Tasks/Responsibilities:1. Maintain up-to-date billing system2. Generate and send out invoices3. Follow up on, collect and allocate payments4. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines5. Perform account reconciliations6. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities7. Research and resolve payment discrepancies8. Generate age analysis9. Ideally, he should be managing the team of Scaffolders and a supervisor.Key Tasks/Responsibilities: Timely Pickup and Dispatch as per planning or as per customer’s request.
