1. Manage and coordinate in-house machine commissioning: Create and manage commissioning schedules using Gantt charts Assign automation engineers and integration team Ensure strict compliance with commissioning SOPs and checklists Establish benchmarks for quality and timeliness of commissioning Oversee pre- dispatch trials, to ensure a smooth experience for the customer Coordinate with design, sales, service, and purchase teams when needed 2.
