Requirements and Responsibilities: 1 -10 years of experience in recruiting in US Healthcare Industry for US companies or experience in US IT Recruiter Non IT Recruiter or International Call center/ BPO or International call center in sales or customer service representative with good communication skills. Previous Nurse, Physician or Lab technician recruiting experience , preferred. Desire to pursue a career in healthcare recruiting/sales. Designing searches to target the right applicants. Using judgement in determining the best available applicants for open position with our clients who are mostly hospitals, health systems and home-care. Leveraging an applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media to maximise quality and quantity of applicants. Capable of using Social Networking systems (Facebook, LinkedIn) (required) . Develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilising a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for our programs and locations. Documenting interview findings in an applicant tracking system to aid all recruiters in placing the applicant with a client. Obtaining necessary documentation of licenses and certifications, ensuring proper documentation in an applicant tracking system Self-confident, sales driven and able to successfully work in a highly competitive marketplace Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills Work during US EST timings/India night shift. Work Location: Gachibowli , Hyderabad. Salary: DOE Plus Commission Timings: EST Timings Monday Friday (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM on IST)
