Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Selection)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding.
Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across departments.
Coordinate with HODs and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (portals, referrals, LinkedIn, agencies, campus hiring, etc.) to attract suitable talent.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company standards and maintain audit readiness.
Conduct employee verification and reference checks for new hires.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with HODs to identify skill and competency gaps.
Design and implement the annual training calendar covering technical, behavioral, and compliance training.
Coordinate and execute training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions (including Kaizen, Safety, and Process Trainings).
Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of training programs.
Maintain training MIS, certifications, and digital records on HR One / Odoo or other HR platforms.
Drive employee development initiatives such as Induction, Refresher Trainings, and Skill Development Modules.
3. HR Process Support
Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new joiners.
Coordinate probation confirmation and employee engagement activities linked to career development.
Collaborate with HR team in implementing performance management and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation requirements related to recruitment and training.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and L&D frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle volume hiring.
Analytical mindset with good command over MS Excel / HR dashboards.
Proficient in HRMS tools (HR One, Odoo, or equivalent).
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Recruitment and Learning & Development within a manufacturing, engineering, or service industry.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time) and position closure rate.
Training coverage and completion % vs annual plan.
Post-training feedback score and effectiveness index.
Talent pipeline strength and manpower planning accuracy.
Employee satisfaction and audit compliance levels.
