Job Title: Civil Engineer Development Experience Required: 2+ Years Locations: Chaksu, Jaipur Shivdaspura, Jaipur Sawaimadhopur, Jaipur Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with experience in real estate development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in site development, execution, and coordination of civil works. The role involves supervising construction activities, managing vendors/contractors, and ensuring timely project completion across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute site development activities including earthwork, roadwork, drainage, boundary walls, etc. Monitor daily progress and ensure quality control as per project specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors. Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and material requirements. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Report project status to senior management regularly. Ensure timely completion of development milestones at all assigned sites. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in development or construction (real estate or infrastructure preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel and manage multiple locations.
