Job Description

The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments. Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Employer Branding & Networking: Promote the organization as an employer of choice on social media and professional networks. Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and industry networks. HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Provide insights on hiring trends and challenges to management. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with HR policies and legal requirements. Maintain proper documentation for each candidate. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling mid to senior-level roles. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment drives simultaneously. Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
