Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and student-focused International Student Advisor to guide prospective and current international students through admission, visa, and settlement processes while supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities·      Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, and university/college options. ·      Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including applications, SOP reviews, documentation, and interview preparation. ·      Advise students on visa applications, financial documentation, and embassy requirements. ·      Maintain updated knowledge of immigration regulations, university policies, and education trends. ·      Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other partners. ·      Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops for students and parents. ·      Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. ·      Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems. ·      Support students with pre-departure briefings, accommodation, travel, and settlement assistance. ·      Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and conversion targets. ·      Represent the organization at education fairs, partner visits, and networking events. ·      Encourage students to enroll in coaching programs (IELTS, GRE, etc.) or value-added services (loans, forex, insurance).   Key Skills & Competencies·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages a plus). ·      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. ·      Knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and admission requirements. ·      Sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets while maintaining student satisfaction. ·      Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platforms. ·      Strong organizational and time management skills. ·      Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
