Position Overview:
Pinnacle Blooms Network seeks an experienced and strategic HR Manager to manage and optimize human resources operations across its vast network. Positioned at the National Care Center, you will lead the HR functions, including recruitment, staff deployment, performance management, compliance enforcement, and the maintenance of clinical discipline and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Strategically recruit qualified Administration Managers, Therapists, and essential personnel.
Deploy recruited staff efficiently and strategically to Pinnacle centers from Delhi to Sri Lanka.
Workforce Planning & Mobility:
Plan and execute periodic reassignments and staff rotations across centers to meet operational needs.
Coordinate seamlessly with center heads to facilitate effective transitions and operational continuity.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement robust performance evaluation frameworks.
Regularly monitor employee performance, providing structured feedback and interventions to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance & Discipline:
Ensure strict adherence to Pinnacle’s clinical protocols, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
Foster a disciplined, transparent, and compliant organizational culture across all centers.
Employee Development & Retention:
Facilitate regular professional development programs, training sessions, and career advancement opportunities for staff.
Promote a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
Manage employee relations proactively, addressing grievances effectively and empathetically.
Implement policies that reinforce a supportive, fair, and ethical workplace culture.
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs and devise strategies to meet organizational growth objectives.
Provide comprehensive HR analytics, reports, and strategic insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within healthcare, education, or allied sectors.
Demonstrable experience in workforce management across multiple locations.
Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and capability in handling complex personnel dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English with proficiency in regional languages highly preferred.
