Job Description

Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Leadership. Handle and manage bank-related activities: transactions, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with Teams. Answer, screen, and direct office calls with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain a clear understanding of the Leadership priorities and manage calendar, meetings, and appointments accordingly. Serve as a reliable communication bridge between the Leadership office and internal/external parties. Perform daily follow-ups on internal and external tasks, projects, and communications. Required skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of banking procedures, documentation, and financial coordination. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure. Strong follow-up and execution mindset. Highly committed and available beyond working hours when necessary. Prior experience in a founder-led organization is an added advantage.
