Job Title: Senior HR Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurugram Work Mode: On-site (No Hybrid/No WFH) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days) Vacancies: 1 Position Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–4 Years Education: MBA in Human Resource or Relevant Degree Salary: Best in Industry About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow into a strategic partner within a fast-paced and evolving organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and implement employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and help foster a positive work culture. Support performance review and appraisal processes. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, manage HRMS updates, and ensure data accuracy. Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Support payroll processing by coordinating with Finance and maintaining accurate records. Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning & development programs. Track employee progress and training effectiveness. Policy Implementation & Communication: Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure consistent communication across teams. Assist in drafting and updating HR manuals, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Master’s degree in human resources or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or operational HR role. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
