Role Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to management. Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution. Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for staff. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in the development of compensation and benefits programs. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes. Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement. Prepare reports on HR activities for management review. Collaborate with departmental managers to understand HR needs. Implement employee wellness programs. Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles. Strong knowledge of HR software and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations. Experience in employee engagement tactics and strategies. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Strong decision-making capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to adapt to changing environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and integrity.
