· Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
· 5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles
· Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements
· Strong understanding of payroll, statutory deductions, compliance, and audit readiness.
· Experience in Training and Employee engagement
· Proficient in MS Office and documentation practices
· Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills
