Senior HR Executive

JOB POSITION - Senior HR Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee relations issues and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Training and Development:
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

4 . Pre Onboarding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment: The Senior Hr Executive typically works in an office environment, but may also need to travel occasionally to attend meetings, training sessions, or recruitment events.

Education - Any Graduate / Post Graduate ( MBA HR)

Experience - 2 Years to 4 Years

Age Preference - 25 Years to 30 Years

Gender Preference : - Male / Female

Languages :- English / Hindi

Fitness - candidate must be physically fit
