Business Development Officer

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth through new client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to build and nurture corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales and online channels.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase company services.
• Develop and manage a strong network of corporate and institutional clients.
• Handle end-to-end client acquisition and relationship management.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets in line with business objectives.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline, and client databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and open to travel/fieldwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
