Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter – Personal Loan Sales Department: Human Resources Location: Sector 3 Noida Reports To: HR Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for our Personal Loan Sales vertical. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-volume sales hiring, preferably in financial services or NBFC/BFSI domain, with the ability to attract top talent and build a strong sales workforce. Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment strategy and execution for Personal Loan Sales teams (Telesales, Field Sales, Team Leaders, and Managers). Handle the entire hiring cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various channels including job portals, social media, consultancies, referrals, and walk-ins. Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand manpower requirements and fulfill them within defined TAT. Drive bulk hiring initiatives and manage recruitment events (e.g., walk-in drives, campus hiring). Ensure all recruitment metrics (TAT, joining ratio, cost per hire, etc.) are met consistently. Conduct reference checks and ensure background verifications are completed in coordination with third-party agencies. Develop and maintain recruitment MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold Fincrif’s employer branding. Desired Candidate Profile:Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HR recruitment, with at least 2 years in sales/BFSI hiring. Strong experience in volume and leadership hiring within the sales function. Proficient in using job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, and Excel-based recruitment reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
