The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, explaining our personal loan products, answering inquiries, and closing sales to meet monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided or self-generated. • Product Promotion: Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various personal loan products, ensuring clear and accurate communication. • Customer Needs Analysis: Assess customer needs, financial situations, and suitability for the loan products. • Lead Conversion: Persuasively convert leads into successful loan applications by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. • Follow-ups: Follow up with customers who have shown interest in personal loan products, providing any additional information required to close sales. • Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and processed correctly. • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. • Customer Service: Address customer concerns, queries, and issues related to the loan process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Market Research: Stay informed on current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively present the company’s loan products.
