About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will be working with our Finance Business Partners supporting our fast growing SaaS business. You will (a) support FBPs to ensure financial discipline through variance analysis and executive-ready insights that drive decision-making, (b) conduct spend analysis on manpower cost (salaries, contractor etc) and non-manpower cost (software subscriptions, travel etc), (c) drive reporting excellence by delivering high-quality management reporting, and (d) be a key contributor in design and building robust FP&A processes and systems.The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with finance business partners (FBP) to evaluate financial performance, optimize cost structures, and contribute to long-term growth and profitability. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the CFO office (FP&A, Finance Business Partners, Controllership, Corp Dev) and SaaS business, and is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Management Reporting: Own and deliver high-quality monthly management reporting packs (MBR, Deal P&L etc.), dashboards, and fact books that consolidate financial and operational data to provide clarity and insights
- Variance Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely detailed monthly variance analysis with commentary on topline, margins, and operating performance. Collaborate with the FBPs to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Support the FBPs to deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning inputs while maintaining robust and dynamic financial models
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Support FBP and leadership with bespoke analysis, strategic deep-dives, and scenario reviews to support leadership decision-making
- Analytics Excellence: Elevate financial storytelling and insights, enabling faster and smarter decision-making.
- Automation: Becoming a power user of FP&A systems (Datarails) to streamline reporting workflows and partner with the Planning and Reporting team to improve automation and accuracy
- Collaboration & Development: Work closely with FP&A colleagues, Controllership, and operations to ensure alignment on data definitions, structures, and reporting standards
Job Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Bring 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in Enterprise, SaaS, or IT Services industries.
- Demonstrate strong skills in management reporting, variance analysis, and financial storytelling.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, executive-level insights.
- Possess expert financial modeling skills (Excel/Gsheets), strong dashboard and presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Power BI), and hands-on experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Datarails, Anaplan, Hyperion, Workday) and ERP (Oracle or equivalent)
