The roles and responsibilities of a Senior Finance Manager:

Experience required: 15+ years

Financial Strategy and Planning
Develop Financial Strategies: Create long-term financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Policy Implementation:

Implement financial policies to ensure the company's financial health and compliance

Financial Reporting
Prepare Financial Reports: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to government regulatory agencies

Budget Management
Budget Preparation: Lead the preparation of the company's budget, including revenue projections and expense management

Variance Analysis: Analyze budget variances and provide insights to management for corrective actions

Team Supervision
-Supervise Finance Team: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance

Professional Development: Foster professional growth and development within the finance team.

Cash Flow Management
Monitor Cash Flow: Ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations.

Investment Management: Oversee the company's investment activities to optimize returns.

Collaboration
Work with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior executives to set financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

Compliance

Internal Controls
