We produce coils and bars with rated voltage ranging from 415V to 138000V in-house, and offer our products worldwide along with winding kits. Our advanced plant in Erode is capable of manufacturing coils for higher capacity based on customer requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Erode for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This includes preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and developing financial strategies to support business goals. The individual will also collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting skills
• Experience in Tax Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management
• Strong understanding of financial software and tools
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
