Position Overview:

Senior Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee monthly financial close processes for group entities operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP, as applicable).
• Review and validate books of accounts closed by the finance team; provide approvals for finalization.
• Prepare and review

  standalone and consolidated financial statements

  for the Group.
• Ensure compliance with all

  statutory, regulatory, and tax-related requirements

  across group entities.
• Coordinate filings and compliance with local laws, company law requirements, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments.
• Ensure consistency of accounting policies across all entities.
• Support management and Board-level financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, variances, and accounting issues during the closing and reporting cycle.
• Lead

  standalone and consolidated statutory audits

  across geographies.
• Coordinate audit timelines, manage information requests, and resolve audit observations.
• Ensure timely closure of audit issues and implementation of recommendations.
• Recommend and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Strengthen internal controls and documentation of financial processes.
• Support system enhancements, ERP improvements, and standardization initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tax, Treasury, Legal) to ensure timely and compliant reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, Controllership or audit—preferably in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
• Solid understanding of IFRS /Ind AS/ US GAAP / local GAAPs and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong experience in

  group consolidation and multi-entity environments

• Prior exposure to statutory compliance review and regulatory filings.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
