About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and drive top talent into our organization. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting it’s about shaping talent acquisition strategies and partnering with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding workforce needs and translating them into proactive hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs and develop long-term pipelines.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple departments.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that leverage social media, networking, talent pools, and referrals.

Data & Reporting

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to optimize performance.
• Deliver regular updates and dashboards to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles.
• Proven success in partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
