Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across multiple departments. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team by identifying and attracting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles (technical, corporate, or industry-specific), from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report key metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
• Stay current on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in recruiting.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment training initiatives within the team.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles (e.g., engineering, sales, operations, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
