Position Title: Junior Electrician

Overall Accountability:

Responsible for assisting in the plant’s electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities. The Junior Electrician will support shift operations, learn to interpret electrical drawings, and work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure smooth plant operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical troubleshooting for plant equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance of electrical equipment as assigned.
• Assist in identifying and fixing electrical problems alongside the Shift In-charge.
• Learn to read and interpret simple electrical diagrams and drawings.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for electrical panels, sensors, and other components.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–3 years in an industrial electrical maintenance role.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and understand basic electrical diagrams and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Understanding of motor starters (DOL, Star-Delta) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Familiarity with basic electrical tools and instruments.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Certifications:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
