Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, product managers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.) and non-technical roles across functions.
Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, networking, and job portals.
Conduct technical and functional assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Analyze market conditions, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence to guide recruitment strategies.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, ensuring timely and proactive communication with hiring managers and business leaders.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and suggest process improvements.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with specialization in technical hiring and exposure to non-technical roles.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies, as well as non-technical functions.
Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and using advanced Boolean search techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze hiring trends, market conditions, and talent supply-demand dynamics.
Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions and closing roles efficiently.
