Job Description

Role Overview: As the incumbent, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, including the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Your key areas of focus will include recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters - Recruitment: Identify candidates, conduct reference checks, and issue employment contracts - Onboarding: Conduct new employee onboarding and assist in organizing training and development initiatives - Performance Management: Coordinate employee development plans and performance evaluations - Employee Engagement - Employee Grievances Management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in recruitment - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Zoho Recruit) is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Eagerness to work in a startup environment with a result-driven approach,
