In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for early career (campus) and experienced recruiting for our billable teams as well as experienced recruiting for our corporate team. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, and business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position reports to our Global Talent Acquisition Manager based in the United States. Manage full cycle recruiting for experienced hires across billable and corporate (from initial engagement through offer negotiations and onboarding handoff). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Collaborate with your Manager and Global Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines. Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture. Drive a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
