Channel Partner Management: Manage and motivate distributors and their field staff (DSRs). Ensure proper stock levels, timely billing, and payment collection. Monitor distributor ROI and support in secondary sales push. Retail Execution: Implement trade marketing activities like promotions, product displays, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure planogram compliance, point-of-sale visibility, and branding at key outlets. Track and improve outlet-level performance metrics. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Share daily/weekly sales reports and field updates. Forecast demand trends and provide input for inventory planning.

Oversee the plastics production process, Develop and document effective processes of Manufacture plastic parts that meet design and quality requirements. Production Planning and Scheduling at Vendor end. Monitor and analyze the scrap ratios and any deviation in the expected production rates. Responsible for the life cycle of Molds and ensure all preventative maintenance as needed. Knowledge of injection molding & Blow Molding Process. Collaborate with Production and Quality Control teams to ensure timely delivery. Sourcing of Key Raw Materials for Molding Operations. Stock reconciliation at Vendor and warehouse locations.
Evaluate the quality of materials and components received from suppliers, and maintain supplier quality records. Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products, materials, or processes and communicate this information to relevant personnel for corrective action. Select random samples for inspection from production batches, shipments, or inventory to evaluate quality. Generate reports on inspection findings, including pass/fail determinations, and provide feedback to production or manufacturing teams to improve product quality. Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations, such as ISO standards, BIS Standard, Social Audits in the Toy manufacturing industry. Train and educate personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization Review Customer complaints and Provide Feedback to team.
Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and final selection. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and coordinate joining formalities. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files. Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database. Policy Support Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to statutory compliance under the Factories Act, Payment of Bonus Act, PF, and ESIC. Support internal audits and documentation as required. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data. Payroll Management Collate monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for timely salary disbursement. Maintain records for statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, and Bonus . Assist in generating and verifying monthly salary reports. Handle full & final settlements for exiting employees.
