Ensure product availability and visibility across general trade outlets (e.g., toy shops, stationary stores, baby/kid stores). Expand retail footprint by adding new outlets and improving coverage. Channel Partner Management: Manage and motivate distributors and their field staff (DSRs). Ensure proper stock levels, timely billing, and payment collection. Monitor distributor ROI and support in secondary sales push. Retail Execution: Implement trade marketing activities like promotions, product displays, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure planogram compliance, point-of-sale visibility, and branding at key outlets. Track and improve outlet-level performance metrics. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Share daily/weekly sales reports and field updates. Forecast demand trends and provide input for inventory planning.
1. Create sales order and sales invoice in the system 2. Check and update return orders to the origin and generate a Credit note 3. Coordinate with the logistics team regarding the dispatch against the invoice. 4. Prepare documents like e-way bill or any other documents required for dispatch 5.
