1. Coordinating with internal team
2. Responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting and our firm financial records
3. Needs to know Tally work, MS office and expert in English typing work .
4. Should be expert in computing taxes and preparing tax returns & GST as per the guidance by CA, organizing and maintaining financial records.
5. Provisional balance sheet/finalization of balance sheet/monthly receiving data/monthly expanses data/P/L account place wise.
6. Manage annual audit and other compliance audits to ensure financial records are maintained as per compliance.
7. Vendor payment, outstanding bill payments,
8. Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections)
9. Maintain fixed assets register and AR maintenance.
10. Making sure that accounts/payments are compliant from tax perspective.
11. Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments.
12. Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns, service tax returns.
13. Assist in audit and tax representations and co-ordinate with tax consultants.
14. Assist in management reporting and budgeting.
15. Stock Broking Industry Working Experience,2–3 years of experience in trading platform support or related technical roles.
16. Good knowledge of MS- office, google and excel, Knowledge Accounting Software is required
17. Effective Communication Skills- English &Native Language, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working
18. Financial accounting, GST, TAX, Annual returns, cost allocation and control, planning and budgeting and cash-flow management.
