About the Role

Senior Associate – Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  daily acquirer reconciliation

  and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Manage

  acquirer relationships

  and resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Execute

  settlement reconciliation and processing

  across payment channels.
• Support

  month-end closing activities

  including reporting and reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage

  audit data requirements

  and handle audit queries effectively.
• Create and maintain

  MIS reports

  for management review.
• Identify discrepancies, analyze issues, and provide solutions to ensure process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the

  payments/fintech industry

  .
• Strong expertise in

  reconciliation and settlement processes

  .
• Experience in

  stakeholder management

  and cross-team coordination.
• Proficiency in

  MIS preparation and reporting

  .
• Exposure to

  month-end closing and audits

  will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of reconciliation processes.

Desired:

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Additional certifications in finance/accounting (e.g., MBA Finance, CA Inter) would be a plus.
