Billing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team in the Risk Management System (RMS) and Billing department. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in the stock market and financial services domain. Key Responsibilities: RMS (Risk Management System): Monitor client positions and exposure limits across equity and derivatives. Ensure real-time surveillance of trades and margin requirements. Alert clients on margin shortfalls, MTM losses, or RMS breaches. Coordinate with dealers and clients regarding RMS-related issues. Ensure proper risk assessment before allowing trades. Generate exposure and margin reports for internal use. Billing & Operations: Prepare daily contract notes and client billing summaries. Calculate brokerage, statutory charges, and applicable taxes. Assist in processing debits/credits for client accounts. Coordinate with accounts team for payment follow-up and reconciliations. Handle client queries related to billing or charges. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field. Freshers are welcome; internship or exposure to stock market is a plus. Good understanding of basic stock market concepts (Equity, Margin, Intraday, Delivery). Knowledge of MS Excel, and comfort with reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
